Meeting your favourite Character at Walt Disney World
Every-one loves to have their photograph with Mickey Mouse, but you can meet characters from so many different movies. Winnie the Pooh and friends are very popular, as are Buzz Lightyear and Woody. All the Walt Disney World theme parks have characters.
You will find lots in the MAGIC KINGDOM, primarily at the entrance to the park, in Fantasyland and Mickey's Toon Town Fair.
In EPCOT characters are around the World Showcase Lagoon according to their country of origin e.g. Snow White in Germany, Beauty and the Beast in France, etc.
In DISNEY'S ANIMAL KINGDOM, they can be found in Camp Mickey and Minnie. This is the best place to find Lilo and Stitch.
However the best place is DISNEY'S HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS.
If there is a particular character that you or your family wants to meet, then ask a Disney employee, known as a cast member.
They are invariably helpful and will go out of their way to help you. Make sure that children take their autograph books and a large pen for the characters.
